We are here to help – you can get support online, by telephone, email and videocall, and in person at our head office.

Our office hours are 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.  You can also arrange videoconference calls or visit us to discuss your defence case. We also offer out of hours support to members with active cases, so that you always get the support you need.

If you have a complaint about your experience with NCHA or any aspect of our service, please email it to [email protected]. Your complaint will be forwarded to a member of the Executive team for consideration. We will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours of receiving your email and aim to reply to it within 14 working days. If we need longer to address your complaint, we will let you know.
