Chief executive to leave Action on Hearing Loss
Paul Breckell, chief executive at Action on Hearing Loss (formerly RNID) will be stepping down from his position in August after eleven years with the charity and six years as chief executive.
Commenting on the news, Harjit Sandhu of the NCHA said “We have worked very closely with Paul at Action on Hearing Loss since the NCHA was established. It has been a pleasure working together to fight against commissioning cuts and to deliver important pieces of work on behalf of the sector. We will miss Paul but wish him well in his new exciting role at Ambitious About Autism”.
Paul also tweeted this week to encourage people to apply for the Action on Hearing Loss Chief Executive post, “I’d encourage you to look at the best job in the voluntary sector in my biased opinion http://attenti.co.uk/job/aohlceo/ @ActionOnHearing is a fab charity. The only downside is you’ve got a tough act to follow ;-)”
