Mindfulness offers hope to tinnitus sufferers

Mindfulness-based approaches to tinnitus could transform the treatment of the condition, report academics at Bath University.

MBCT taught patients to pay purposeful, present-moment attention to experiences, rather than trying to suppress those experiences.
