NCHA publishes position statement on possible changes to NHS legislation
The NCHA and FODO have published a position statement on proposals to review NHS legislation in England. You can read the statement here.
The NCHA will also be responding to the NHS consultation on Implementing the NHS Long Term Plan Proposals for possible changes to legislation, which closes on the 25 April.
