Here when you need us - business as usual during the coronavirus outbreak - 17 March 2020
We are writing to let you know it is business as usual at the NCHA.
Whether you need guidance, advice, legal defence or support with an insurance matter, we are here to help and please continue to email/call your usual contacts at the NCHA.
We are however, following the Prime Minister’s announcement 16 March to encourage homeworking, now switching to a virtual office set-up.
The NCHA phone lines will be switched to an online platform so you should call the mainline number and you will then be directed to the team you need to support you.
Phone: 020 7298 5110
Email: [email protected]
In the event of any service disruption you can call the Executive Team directly:

David Hewlett: 07867 536922
We continue to work with other professional bodies, the NHS and governments across all four countries during the current coronavirus/COVID-19 to keep you up-to-date on developments via our regular newsletter and member alerts.
In the meantime, please do continue to review official guidance where you are
If you have any questions you can also email [email protected]
