NCHA updates statement on innovation in hearing care

In March 2018, we issued our future-orientated position statement on innovation in hearing care, welcoming and embracing innovation for the benefit of patients and health systems.

In 2020, the global Covid-19 pandemic accelerated change, with safety considerations driving more remote care and greater use of video otoscopy and other technologies to meet patient needs.

We have updated our original statement to reflect these advances.
