Action on Hearing Loss looking to recruit new Chair for their Board of Trustees
Action on Hearing Loss is the UK’s largest charity working with and for people who are deaf, have hearing loss or tinnitus.
The charity is looking to recruit a highly capable new Chairperson to help shape the future of the organisation.
The personal specification for the role requires:
• An established leader with strong experience of chairing boards or committees, ideally for another large and complex organisation in the voluntary, public or private sector.
• An understanding of the role played by the Board, underpinned by the strongest commitment to good governance, will be essential.
• Someone who has built a reputation for persuading and influencing across a wide range of stakeholders. You will be sensitive to the political, policy, cultural and social context in which we work.
